How much is for shipping & handling?
Shipping to USA and Canada is $39. Shipping to Europe is $49. Shipping to everywhere else is $69.

Will the figurine look exactly like me?
Personalized wedding cake toppers and figurines are not intended to be portraits but representations and the bodies and props will be cartoonish in style. Hair, eyes and skin color are not guaranteed to match perfectly but we try to get as close as we can with the information provided by customers.

How big are the toppers and how much do they weigh?
Most wedding cake toppers are about 6 1/2" tall and weigh less than one pound. A typical topper has a base of 3.5" round.

How do you ship?
We ship via FedEx next day delivery.

How long will it take to be delivered once I have placed my order?
Please allow approximately 4 weeks to receive it.

Where should I send my pictures after ordering?
email us your pictures to sales@clayfigurines.com If your pictures are too large you may need to send them in separate emails.

Do the photos we send in for a wedding cake topper need to be of the bride and groom wearing their wedding attire?
No, the photos you send do not have to be in wedding attire. You may submit separate photos of the wedding dress or tux or just describe them.

What if I don't know what dress, tux, etc. that we will wear?
If your wedding is a long way off and you haven't made those decisions yet there is no problem. The important thing is to get your space reserved. Send us your pictures as you get them as long as we have them at least 1 month before the wedding.

What if something is broken when it arrives?
Although polymer clay is strong once it is baked, thin pieces may break or chip. If it is simply a piece that got knocked loose due to rough handling you may be able to re-glue it, super glue works well. If it is worse, please contact us immediately.
